Shipping Policy

We ship our products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• North America:

  • Delivery time: 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping carriers: Standard shipping providers (tracking included).

• International Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping costs and potential duties are calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that customs processing times vary by country.

Important Notes:

• Processing times: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
• Shipping Delays: Emcari is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Emcari pieces! However, if you need to return or exchange your order, please note the following:

• Return Method: We accept returns for store credit only.
• Buyer’s Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for all returns.
• Return Conditions:
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items purchased during flash sales, clearance, or final sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return:

1. Email our team at emcarijewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. You will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your store credit via email.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are treated as returns.
• You can use your store credit to place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emcarijewels@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
